30 Years of Caring for Movement

My Story & How I Practice

I’m Dr. Gowtham Chowdary, an orthopedic and joint preservation surgeon based in Hyderabad.

For me, orthopedic care is not just about bones, joints, or scans — it’s about helping people move through their lives without pain, fear, or uncertainty.

Over the years, I’ve worked with patients of all ages — from young individuals with sports injuries to older adults struggling with long-standing knee or hip pain. While their problems may look similar on paper, their lives, routines, and goals are very different. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment.
My philosophy is simple
listen first, explain clearly, avoid unnecessary surgery, and choose the least-aggressive treatment that truly helps. When surgery is required, I believe patients deserve honesty, preparation, and clarity — never pressure.

30 Years of Caring for Movement

Three decades of helping people move better, with clarity, care, and consistency.

What hasn’t changed over these years is my approach:
“Every patient deserves time, explanation, and a plan that fits their life.”
